FAQs

Why are omega-3’s good for heart health? Will they make it harder to lose weight?

Omega 3 fats aid in lowering triglycerides (blood fats) and blood pressure, may help reduce swelling, and may prevent clotting and strokes. They are a “healthy” fat, therefore, when used as a replacement for a saturated fat or trans fat they will not lead to additional calories or weight gain.
