Corn Flake Chicken - Gluten Free

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 c. skim milk or rice milk
- 5 c. Erewhon Gluten Free Corn Flakes, finely crushed
- 1 tsp. Melissa's Garden Herb Sea Salt
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Combine crushed corn flakes with pepper and sea salt in a plastic zipper bag.
- Shake until thoroughly mixed in bag.
- Dip the chicken breasts in milk, then drop them into the bag to coat with corn flake mixture.
- Shake well to cover chicken.
- Place chicken pieces in a slow cooker, cover and cook for 3 1/2 - 4 hours on high.
