Graham Cracker Pie Crust

New Morning Organic Graham Crackers make for a delicious pie crust!


Ingredients
  • Canola oil spray
  • 10 whole New Morning Organic Grahams
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup


Directions
  • Oil an 8" spring form pan or pie plate.
  • Using a food processor, grind crackers to fine crumbs.
  • Add oil and maple syrup and pulse until combined.
  • Press crumbs into the pan, extending up the sides. To prevent crumbs from sticking to fingers, cover them with a piece of plastic wrap and then press.
  • Pie crust may be chilled or baked.

  • CHILLED CRUST
  • Chill crust thoroughly and fill with your favorite filling. If filling with a cooked filling, allow the filling to cool befor pouring into pie crust.

  • BAKED CRUST
  • Lightly prick bottom of crust with a fork. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, Let crust cool completely before filling with your favorite filling.
